As an integral member of the finance team, the Senior Accountant provides technical expertise to assist in the processing of NVHC’s monthly financial statements. This includes knowledge of a wide
spectrum of accounting areas including: payroll, accounts payable, grant reporting, grant receivable, billing, month-end close, cash receipts, bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
The Senior Accountant also works on improvement initiatives with the Accounting Team, and participates in the annual audit and budget preparation. The Senior Accountant should be
competent in accounting principles and extremely competent in math, data entry, and multitasking.
