Summary of the position:   The Medical Assistant participates in the delivery of excellent family practice and pediatric care in an ambulatory clinic setting with an emphasis on the prevention of disease; preparation of the patient for examination and/or procedures; administers medications under direction of provider; performs in office lab procedures and phlebotomy on pediatric and adult patients; sterilizes instruments and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. This will include actively participating and supporting primary clinical teams with these efforts. Front Office and Back Office Experience required. Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus.
