Responsibilities

Summary of the Position:

 

The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations at each assigned site to ensure that patient care activities are supported in order to assure that; quality of care, efficiency, customer service and associate engagement are consistently maintained at a high level. The Site Supervisor supports a focus on continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiency, service and engagement. The Site Supervisor supports the Practice Manager through collaborating with staff and providers to meet standards, and organizational objectives.

 

 

Requirements of the position:

  • Associate Degree in a healthcare related field with at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment leading/overseeing people or processes is required.
  • Two years’ experience providing leadership/supervision in a medical practice environment is highly preferred.
