This dedicated and compassionate Program Manager will lead and operate our Healthcare for the Homeless Street Medicine Program. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of medical assistants, AMET's (Advanced Medical Emergency Technicians), and community health workers. The primary focus of this position is to manage the street medicine program, including medication storage, collaborate with an existing healthcare for the homeless clinic, and ensure seamless patient referrals to primary care services. Established in 1977, Nevada Health Centers is proud to be one of the first federally funded Community Health Centers, as authorized under the Public Health Services Act of 1976. In keeping with our mission, Nevada Health Centers is the largest provider of primary care for the uninsured, underinsured, and geographically isolated people in the state, with 18 health, three mobile health programs, and seven Women, Infants, and Children offices.
